ABOUT ME
My name is Julie, I am a qualified & experienced Hair Loss practitioner and Educator (Certificate in Education).
My interest in hair loss solutions began over 25 years ago, when my friend was diagnosed with cancer, she was only thirty-one years of age.
My friend’s hair loss journey began with myself researching establishments that offered head coverings and wigs.
My friend wanted a wig that replicated her natural hair colour and style. I located an established Wig supplier in Manchester City centre. On visiting the supplier, I realised the salesperson was lacking knowledge of an experienced hairdresser.
The salesperson brought out a vibrant coloured wig that was totally unsuitable. I managed to reassure my friend and spotted the perfect wig; I explained that I would tailor the wig to her style. She wore the wig confidently throughout her treatment.
On completing her treatment, my friend’s hair grew back gradually. I then introduced different types of hair replacement at different stages of regrowth. From wigs to volumiser and then extensions.
I became very passionate about hair loss, I advised and helped as many clients as possible throughout my career. I am now proud to offer services in my clinic Hair Loss Innovations.

CROWN VOLUMISER
Stage One: Consultation
After an in-depth consultation with my client, a Crown Volumiser application was agreed. This method will conceal patches of Alopecia and give volume to thinning at the front area. My client wanted a natural look, mirroring her own hair. At this stage, a colour match was identified and agreed. The next stage would be the time and date of fitting.
